- A gentle, seated yoga practice to calm the nervous system
- Improve circulation and explore your balance
- Plus… a sneaky pelvic floor sequence
The session will be split into two parts:
First half: Informative and engaging presentation
Second half: Guided, accessible yoga practice (no experience needed)
