- Jo McLeay (ICNZB)
Jo is a Master Bookkeeper and Treasurer of the Institute of Certified NZ Bookkeepers. She holds a Diploma in Business and several software certifications. Jo has been bookkeeping since 2006, leaving her accounting firm role to start a small business while raising her family. After selling her first business in 2012, she launched Balance Up in 2015, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month. Jo loves helping clients, serving her community, and balancing business with family life.
